This is when I am starting to build up anxiety to it. It was about the deep water that comes with marine life and the ‘unguarded’ space below it as well as around it. There’s nothing you can see but water. However, I started to slowly overcome this fear by engaging into different water activities. With those things, I began to be calm and not panic whenever I’m on the beach. It helped me calm my mind and emotions that nothing bad will happen to me. Also, this makes my mind at peace and relax. I was able to constantly manage the fear that I can’t even control back then. It’s easy to see in retrospect that I was using dramas to regulate my emotions. In this manner, I express sadness together with the sad scenes portrayed in the drama. I am engaged with every scenes and whatever emotions that were seen on the screen, is also the emotions that I am feeling. Just by watching dramas, I released my inner emotions that I cannot show towards other people. Whenever I’m happy or sad, I have my own cravings of which food I want depending om my mood. If my emotions or mood were depressed, fearful, or feeling lonely, crave for fatty foods, like ice cream. However, when I’m happy or hyper, I often wanted to eat larger meals like the picture above (samgyupsal). After sometimes, I realized that my way of eating foods that were based from my emotions were not good for my health. So, I managed to control my unhealthy cravings and slowly changed and regulate my emotions.
